Booking Policy.

Booking & deposits

• Every studio booking requires a $75 non-refundable deposit, which covers your first hour.
• The $75 is always credited toward whatever service or package you choose.
• Deposits secure your time slot. Without a deposit, the slot is not held.
• Single services and single-song packages: the remaining balance is paid at the end of the session.

Packages (Artist Branding, EP, Album)

• Before work continues, you pay a 50% deposit (your $75 booking deposit counts toward it), or choose a payment plan.
• Payment plan: the package balance is split by session. Each session's portion is paid before that session starts.
• Sessions can't begin while a balance is past due. The next session can be booked once it's paid.
• EP packages expire 90 days from booking. Album packages expire 120 days from booking.

Remote orders

• 50% upfront to start work.
• The remaining balance is paid before final files are released.

Final files

• Final files are released only when your project is paid in full.

Revisions

• 3 revisions are included per deliverable (per song, per image, per video).
• Extra revisions are $10 each.

Turnaround

• Mixes: about 3 days per song after recording.
• Cover art and Spotify Canvas: about 3 days.
• Visualizers: 5 to 7 days.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• The $75 deposit is non-refundable.
• Please give at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Posting rights

• Rose Garden Studios may post behind-the-scenes videos, interviews and studio content reels on its own channels.
• You receive full rights to use your artwork and visuals for your release and promotion.
